Aztec Gala tickets – SOLD OUT

After being closed for almost 50 years, you can be one of the first to view the newly remodeled interior of the Aztec Theater.  A limited number of individual tickets for our Premier Unveiling Gala are now available on our website www.AztecShawnee.com.  Proceeds will help offset the costs of our projection system and screen.  This is a semi formal event on December 13th from 5pm to 9pm.  Each Gala Event ticket includes two drinks and a meal that night, as well as a commemorative champagne flute, and the ability to bid on items from our silent auction.  You will also be entered into the raffle drawings for free prizes from other local businesses.  Seat sponsorships will also be available (just ask for details).  Due to Covid 19, we are limiting the number of tickets to keep everyone safe, healthy, and comfortable through social distancing.  Masks are required, and hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.  Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity.

Following are the specific details for the upcoming Semi-Formal event.

Parking is available at City Hall, and all city lots.

Upon entry, you will be greeted by a staff member, they will check you in, (from the guest list), you will receive 1 meal ticket and 2 drink tickets. (redeemable through Betty C’s, during event hours) and a ticket for door prizes. You will also be offered a commemorative champagne flute filled with bubbly (which you will be able to keep).

5:00-6:00pm Meet and Greet.

5:00-8:00pm Silent Auction.

5:15-6:15pm Theater tours will be conducted every 15 minutes. A maximum of 15 people per tour.

5:30-9:00pm Door prizes announced throughout the evening.

6:30pm     Welcome Announcement.

6:45-9:00pm Question and answer time, social time, tours available on request.

Food: Betty C’s will be providing a delicious dinner; they will have servers available at the theater and at Betty C’s.
The menu items include: Aztec Burger or Marquee Chicken Sandwich (choose one), meatless option available (limited quantity).
Sides: Matinee Mac & Cheese and chips.

We will also be offering complimentary popcorn, soda and classic theater candy at the concession stand.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we require that all individuals in the Theater wear a mask at all times. We also ask that all individuals comply with social distancing guidelines. The Aztec Theater has established specific sanitizing protocols to help keep all attendees safe.
