Our facility is ADA compliant. There are no stairs required for entry and our restrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls with ample space for maneuvering as well as grab bars and accessible sinks for easy use. Our auditorium seating is completely accessible by ramps, and we have 4 wheelchair spots available for most every event.
Due to our intimate setting and popularity, many of our events sell out well in advance, so we encourage people to purchase tickets early to avoid missing out. As long as tickets are viewable online, they are available for purchase. Once all tickets have been sold online, a SOLD OUT message will be displayed and no tickets can be purchased after that time. We do not hold back any tickets, so when an event sells out, no door sales will be available the night of the event.
All tickets are emailed to the address that you entered during purchasing. If you are unable to locate the email or misplaced your tickets, there are two easy ways to retrieve them. Return to our website, find the concert in question, and click on the “info & ticket” button. This will take you to the correct ticketing page. At the top of the page will be a link to click on that will allow you to enter in your email address which will resend your tickets. If you’re using a laptop or desktop computer, look for the “Resend Confirmation” link at the very top of the page and click on it. If you’re using a mobile device or tablet, click on the hamburger button (3 horizontal lines), click on “Help Links?”, then click on “Resend Confirmation” link. An alternative way to retrieve your tickets is through your TicketSpice account, if you previously chose to set one up. Once you log into your account, you will be able to see all of your tickets, past and present, and resend the emails.
We are an indoor venue and operate like a restaurant or bar. So, we do not close or cancel events for inclement weather.
Basically, we follow the US Postal service creed: “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds”
